Looks like you have a few data errors. If you open up REGION, VAR01 and VARIABLE as a group, then click on View->N Way Tabulation, only check "Count", and uncheck the "Group into bins" options, you'll get a tabulation of all the combinations of values. There should be only one c...

Hi Gareth, I'm trying to organise panel data according to the second type of format that you've laid out using the Eviews 10 University edition. Unfortunately, I can only manage to get past the initial step of stacking my years, and can't seem to get past the second step of unstacking the variables....
