Two axis graph labels
Hi, I have many graphs of two series and sometimes given their different scales EViews puts them in two separate axes. When looking at these graphs though its not intuitive which axis to refer to for each series. Is there a way to automatically set the legend to point to each axis, or some other way...

max index of vector
Hi,
I have a vector of values and want to find the index of the maximum value. Say if the third value is the biggest it will return 3. Is this possible?
thanks

Check temp var exists
Hi,
Is there an @isobject equivalent that tests whether or not a temp variable such as !x or %var exists?
Thanks

But when you can control the frequency conversion (eg when using MIDAS) you can't transform the series either...

Re: Transform series in different page
Ok thanks. That's what I had originally but was trying to minimise the copying as there are a large number of series from different data providers.

Transform series in different page
Hi, I would like to create equations using series that are in different pages. Some of the series need log transformations however, and I can't seem to find a way to do it. So this works: equation rent_e firstpage\series01 c secondpage\series02 But this doesn't: equation rent_e log(firstpage\series0...

upload series with period
Hi, Small but important (for me) question. How would you upload a series from eViews into a database with a period in it? Say I have these in eViews: FHPICLXTAM_IAUS_MGME FHPICLXTAM_IAUS_MGPE FHPICLXTAM_IAUS_MGSY is there any possibility to convert it to FHPICLXTAM.IAUS_MGME FHPICLXTAM.IAUS_MGPE FHP...
