Testing significance of one variable

Hi there,
I have a dataset of error terms and simply wanted to test the significance of these error terms. More specifically Ho: E(e) = 0 and H1: E(e) not equals 0. I have tried a simple hypothesis test but am not sure whether I have set the test up correctly as my results are unusual. Could anyone advise me further please?
