I've already known how to do forecasting with VAR model(Use "solve model")
But I can't find the solution concept of this kind of forecasting from the UserGuide
where could I get it?

what do you mean by "solution concept"?

There is nothing special with the VAR forecasting. It is handled under the "Models", since they are dealing with endogenous variables as well. Therefore, studying the "Models" chapter in the users guide will be helpful.
