can Eviews run panel data bootstapping

Dear sir and Madam,
Pleas advise whether Eviews 8 can perform panel data boothstrapping? if it does, kindly advise the codes or the steps for such analysis.

Can you be more specific? What exactly are you trying to do?

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reponse.
I am trying to run the regression using a dated-balance dataset (with date-balanbce panel data with two-way random effects: cross-section and period) plus bootstrap.
My question is whether the Eviews have the ability to run this regression?
