Problem applying weakinst command eviews7

Hello. I am trying to apply the weak instrument command in eviews 7. As suggested by the help option I write the equation name and then the command which in may case means eq03.weakinst (eq03 is a previously saved regression employing panel two stage EGLS and applying Period Sur GLS weights.). The problem is that eviews 7 gives the following error message "Equation estimated using a previous version of Eviews. Please re-estimate the equation before running this test." While the workfile was created with eview 6 the equation was estimated with eviews7. And when I re-estimate the equation I get the same message. Any clues?

What is the build date of your copy of EViews 7? (Available from Help->About EViews)

OK. Have downloaded the latest version (in my case 7.2). Unfortunately still get the same message when trying to do weakinst. From help option have seen that another way of performing diagnostic is to "click on View/IV Diagnostics & Tests/Weak Instrument Diagnostics". When I estimate the equation and go to the view option, I don't see the IV Diagnostics and Tests option. Hope you can help out.

Ah, you're estimating a panel equation. EViews doesn't have the weak instruments diagnostics available for panels.
