I just installed Eviews8 SV and tried an "equation estimation" with panel data. When I choose "Least Squares with Breakpoints"in the Estimation settings, I got this error message. "ERROR 536870912". Does anyone have any idea what this means? Thanks..

You should have gotten the error message indicating that breakpoint least squares is not supported in a panel workfile. We'll get that message fixed. Sorry about the confusion.
