How to transform Double log differenced variables into elast

Hi All,
I am new to econometric modelling and although I haven't posted anything here, this forum has really helped me through a very important project.
I have completed the estimation and diagnostics of my model which is in double log form and all variables were differenced d(1) to resolve spurious regression issues.
Now that I need to present the results in an easy to understand way, I don't know how to convert the variables into a meaningful form. For example, I want to show my dependent variable (demand) into its original units and what % of demand is driven by which explanatory variable and elasticity levels etc.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Waseem.
