Hi,

When running the help file (EviewsHelp.exe) in E-Views 8.0 under Windows Vista, it says that the 'MSVCR100.dll' is missing. What can I do?

Ah, you found a bug with our EViewsHelp.exe file located in your EViews directory (it mistakenly has a dependency on the MS C++ runtime library). I've already fixed this and it will be available in the next patch that we release (in the next few days). For now, you can kick off your help file directly by double-clicking the EViews8Help.chm file located in the EViews 8 subdirectory.
