Preserve annual averages on seasonal adjustment?

Preserve annual averages on seasonal adjustment?

I have some series (see attached workfile) that I want to adjust seasonally using multiplicative adjustment while preserving the annual averages. Is there some setting that will make X12 do that? If not, is there some way to make some other seasonal adjustment method supported by EViews do that?
