Does EViews have any place where I can specify a path where EViews will automatically search for files included by the include statement. Or, is there any file I can edit that is automatically included by EViews each time it runs? I would like to be able to define a number of subroutines for use throughout my programs, and I do not want to always have to specify the full path to the routines.

Just define the full path in the beginning of your core program:
'%path="my documents\Project\Data\"

and everytime you need just go back to this, e.g:

WFOPEN(wf=data,page=quarterly) {%path}Eviews_data.xls
