testing weak exogeneity

Can anyone plz help me through this
I am doing ardl and ecm estimation. I have to check the long run and short run causality. the short run causality is checked through "granger causality/block exogeneity test" option which is given in VAR coefficient diagnostics. And the theory which I am following says that long run causality can be checked through weak exogeneity. My questions are:
1) What is the difference between weak and block exogeneity?
2) Did I correctly estimated the short run causality?
3) And how test weak exogeneity in EVIEWS 7???
