Saving Index from Regression Syntax Error

I am currently using the most up to date version of EViews 7 for Mac. I have a binomial logit model running and have the estimation output. When I click "Forecast" and attempt to save the fitted index values (INDEX) into my workfile, I receive a syntax error and an empty series. This only happens with a particular regression. The others I have tried this with have given me no error and have produced a series with the data.

Could you provide the workfile?

And what steps you do you take cause the error?

Opening "reg4," clicking "Forecast," selecting "Index," and trying to save the data produces the syntax error.

Not sure what caused this. But if you click on the Estimate button for the equation and reestimate by clicking on OK, the resulting equation should forecast with no problem.
Your equation got itself into a funny state. Re-estimating gets it out of the funny state. We cannot replicate the situation that would cause the equation to get into that funny state.

Everything seems to be working fine now that I've re-estimated the equation. Thank you very much!
