ordered logit estimation

hi!
i'm currently working at an ordered logit estimation, where health status is my dependent variable. as independent variables i have continuous variables as well as dummies or other discrete variables. i could perform the estimation itself and did also get results for that. but as a next step i do not only want to have the parameter estimates of the whole discrete variables but for the specific section as well (so for example i have 'social status' as a variable, which has 3 different characteristics. i want to have characterstic 1 e.g. low social status, to be my reference category and have seperate parameter estimates for the other two categories.) how do i proceed in this case?
