Hi,

I want to bootstrap a lot of equations and store the bootstrap SEs. Is the only way to do this freezing the output and selecting the content of the approriate cell?

Yes, although modifying the add-in so that it stores the covariance matrix is probably pretty simple. There is probably a line at the end of the add-in that deletes all intermediary results. Just remove the bit that deletes the covariance matrix.
