About moderator role of variable

I want to see the moderator role of career stage effects on job characteristics-job satisfaction relationships. If i take values of career stages as 0, 1 then can i use probit model for that ?? if not which model will be suitable for that and how it will work? i need urgent help.. kindly reply me as soon as possible.
