installing eviews 7 on on macbook air parallels

trying to install eviews7 onto my new macbook air i receive the following error message: ikernel.exe:(0x10000). i know that my license has been set to allow for use on a virtual machine (previously my eviews7 was installed onto an HP laptop). i would appreciate help in solving this problem. thank you very much

That error indicates you do not have administrator rights on the Windows machine.

So this is unrelated to Eviews, right? Or is it related to the setting of my license to allow for use on a virtual machine on Mac?
