Include more than once

It would be great if the restriction to include a given file more than once was dropped. IMHO, it should be up to the programmer to decide how to code.
(I have pointed this out elsewhere (http://forums.eviews.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5909), but it seemed a good idea to post it in its right place.)
