Powerpoint paste

EViews' tables copy and paste quite nicely into Word. But they seem to paste into PowerPoint as text rather than as tables. (Pasting into Word and then copying and pasting from there to PowerPoint works.)
It would be nice if one could paste-as-table right into PowerPoint.

Although being able to paste as a picture is a not bad alternative.
