I want to set add factors in a model so particular variables, which are defined in an identity rather than a stochastic equations, are equal to a particular variable. I can do this using the menus, but I would like to write a program to do this. Is there a way to do this with the command language?

Just so I'm clear I understand what you're doing, could you describe how you achieve it via the menus?
