Hello guys,
I'm want to know something. I want to know if there are any differences in the absence of students at the high-school after the school introduced new rules. I have data of the absence as follows:
2003: 5
2004: 6
2005: 5.5
2006: 6,3
2007: 5.9
2008: 4.8
2009: 4.5
2010: 4.1
The implemation was in 2008. So I want to compare all the rates before 2008 and the rates after 2007. What's the best way to do this in eviews? Is it a problem that I only have a dependent variable?
