Hi,
I REALLY need some help with importing some data. I'm very confused at this point. What I'm trying to do is compare data over 30 areas for a period of 6 years. I have 6 varibles to include. I think I want to do a time series analysis of this (if that's possible) but don't know in what format to import that data to eivews. Should it be 2000gdp and then have 30 obs for this?

Sounds like you have panel data. You should follow the instructions on entering panel data into EViews.

You will find fixed effect options under the Panel options tab (under the estimate button) in the equation window.

Open a series and on the View menu choose Unit Root Test.
