Quick command reference does not launch

Dear all,

I have a single-user license of E-Views 6.0 installed on Windows 7.0, Home edition.

After lauching E-Views, when I access the Quick command reference, the html files do not get loaded by Internet Explorer. This is my default browser.

Is there a compatibility problem between E-Views 6.0 and Windows 7.0 which is causing this problem?

Try navigating to the help folder in Windows. Usually something like:

Code: Select all

C:\Program Files (x86)\EViews6\Help Files
or

Code: Select all

C:\Program Files\EViews6\Help Files
Then double clicking on the index.html file.
