Seasons and Trend in a Graph

Hi guys,
i'm new here and therefore have quite a noob questions.
i have a time series with a clear positive trend and seasonal effects.
i created a trend variable and 3 seasondummies (@seas(1)-@seas(4) and so on).
now i want two graphs which show
1. the time series and a line for the trend
2. only the seasonal effects.
question: how do i do this?
