Ordered probit model and Nested probit model

Dear all,
I have a silly question to ask. I am trying to anlayse the determinants of degree of CEO board involvement, where CEO board involvement includes CEOs off the board, CEOs on the board as directors and CEOs on the board as chairmen. I suddenly confused should I use ordered probit model or nested probit model to analyse the regrssion? What's the difference between the two models?
Cheers
Michelle
