How to set data as panel data to test for homogeneity

Hi, I am new to eviews and i need some help with using my data for panel estimation to check for homogeneity.

I have a dataset that looks at the detrminants of a football(soccer) players transfer fee. So i have many observations for each year. The years are from 2006 to 2011 and i need to use panel data to check for homogeneity. I needed help with importing my data as panel data as i am unsure how to do this.
