I have a dated (quarterly) workfile containing a range of observations from 1960Q1 to 2013Q4.
I would like to store a list of series from this workfile to an external database only for the observation starting from 1996Q1 to 2010Q4.
Is there any option that will allow me to do this

The only way to do that is to create a new page with the smaller frequency, copy over everything to that smaller page, and then store.
