Error installing iKernel.exe: (0X10000)

There is an error when I installed eviews, a windows poped up saying "Error installing iKernel.exe: (0X10000)". I have tried the suggestions on installshield's site(
http://consumerdocs.installshield.com/s ... &sliceId=1), but the problem still exists. What should I do?

This error generally occurs when you don't have administrator rights on your computer. Log into an administrator account and then try installing EViews.

I have the same problem with Eviews6. However, there is no such problem with my Eviews5. I'm pretty sure I'm the only administrator account on my computer. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
