pool or random effect..how can I set ?

...hi folks...can anyone help me ?...I want to run Breusch-Pagan test in eviews6..how can i do ?...i done BPG test but i can't do bp test.. BPG Test's null hypothesis is same bp test null hypothesis ?...can anyone understand my question ? :)..i want to know variance 0 or not...namely...pool or random effect..pls..help...
