Method Dynamic and Static on Forecast

On Procs/Forecast, there are two options to select. There are Dynamic and Static. What diffirent between them ? thanks a lot :D

There's a good description in the manual, but basically, a static forecast uses the true value of Y(-1), and a dynamic forecast uses the forecasted value of Y(-1).
