chow ramsey, etc

Hello!
I am running standard error tests first (such as Chow Breakpoint, RAMSEY reset, unit root, etc.) before I continue with my regression to look for possible errors. In my first variable, gdp, all standard test are okay but when I test my second variable carbon emission, my chow breakpoint became <.05 while my RAMSEY became 0.00000. Is there a cure for this? Can someone help me? Thanks :)
