Eviews help file may not appear correctly

I have the following error with our EV7 network edition:
And the other issue is EViews Excel Add In. When I try to use it Excel popups an error: "Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed."
Could you advice us how to fix the issue, apart from running it as administrator.Eviews has detected that it is running from a network folder (Path). The Eviews help file may not appear correctly due to Windows security restrictions.
To remove this restriction on the system, please re-run Eviews as administrator.
