Logit marginal effects with dummy and continuous variables

Hi,
I wish to obtain the marginal effects from my logit model.
I have read this thread: http://forums.eviews.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1344
but it seems to only apply when all RHS variables are continuous.
I have also tried following the instructions on this thread: http://forums.eviews.com/viewtopic.php? ... ects#p2189
but I can't work out how to get one final marginal effect estimate, instead of a whole series of numbers.
Can anyone tell me the procedure to obtain a single marginal effect estimate for each variable, when I have a mix of dummy and continuous RHS variables?
