OLS regression with constraints on coefficients

Hello,
I need to estimate a simple OLS regression with a constraint on coefficient such as c(1)>1. How can I do that?
It would be nice if someone could give me the additionnal command to estimate the following equation:
equation eq1.ls log(y) = C(1) + C(2)*log(x)
