Problem retrieving EcoWin data

Hello! I have troubles retrieving data from EcoWin. It started a week or two ago.
I am using Eviews Enterprise 7.1 Mar 15 2011 build.

Intermittently, Eviews cannot obtain data for a specific series, telling me that the series is not defined.
EW::EMU19001 is not defined in "SERIES X_USDEUR = EW::EMU19001"
When I rerun the affected code, it works.

Is the problem with Eviews or Ecowin?
I have not had any similar troubles when using the program Ecowin by itself.

At the time when the fetch is executed either the EcoWin database must be open in EViews, EcoWin is the default database, or EcoWin is listed in the database registry. Are any of the 3 scenarios met?

If so, please send an email to support@eviews.com and a copy of your program.
