Hello,

Would it be possible to add a column to the list of Add-ins indicating the date of the latest version of the Add-in? This would be helpful to those who, like me, make very heavy use of the Add-ins, and would like to be sure that we are as up-to-date as possible. The current "Date" column does not seem always to be up-to-date.

Alternatively, perhaps the latest Add-ins could be included in the various updates to EViews which are very helpfully rolled out rather frequently? [Perhaps this is already done?]

Versioning is something I want to work on for EViews 8.

Until then, I think the best way to check for updates is to check the forums, since we always post in the forum when we have made an update.

You can always subscribe to the EViews Twitter feed since I believe that Gareth tweets when we have a update :)

And for the antediluvian amongst us (that's what Gareth says about me), there's always the RSS feed.

I don't tweet as many minor add-in fixes as I do post in the forum about them.

I do indeed religiously check the forums for updates, but it is time-consuming, so I am very happy to learn that "versioning" is on your list for eventual implementation in EViews8
