good day
my research is on the economic impacts of rural - urban migration on employment and household income. before i estimate my logit model of employment given migration, i would like to control for sample selectivity bias. it has come to my attention that to do this i will have to first estimate a probit model of migration and from results obtained from it estimate my selectivity bias control variable. herein lies my problem. could i please get assistance on how i can calculate the Inverse Mill's Ratio using Eviews. i must add that before i registered to the portal, i went through the forum and all the suggestions given regarding this particular problem and they are all greek to me..LOL. if it is it at all possible, i would appreciate a much easier walk through on the calculation of the Inverse Mill's Ratio in Eviews that doesnt include programming. Thank you
