panel with eviews

hello everybody
I am a beginner in the data panel and Eviews
So now I run a test unit root ADF, but I failed to interpret it!
with the usual simple set you get three statistics calculated and tabulated for three risk 1%, 5%, 10% and compared them to take the decision
whereas with this table (attached) I do not know how to interpret and decide
can you please help me
and I Have Another question, Eviews allows it to test the cointegration and causality in panel data, and also Hausman test! (I use Eviews 7)
