Forecasts

Hello everyone.

I have a various data sets containing customers' demands each year(2005:2010), demands monthly (2008M1:2010M11) and demands quarterly (2008Q1:2010Q4).

I want to make forecast about each customer's demand for the year '"2011". and demand forecast for 2010 M12 and 2011M1:2011M12, and demand forecast for 2010Q4 and 2011Q1:Q4.

Can you please tell me which test do I have to apply first? or which ways do I have to follow for making those forecasts ?
Since I am news to Eviews , please tell step by step.
