Hi Chief Gareth and really sorry for the confusing questions... If u'll be able to help me in the below i'll be really appreciated :-)
if i want to generate an equation to forecast the USD Value in stock market for the next day, whether if it's increasing or decreasing, what will be the equation?!
Waiting to hear from you, i'm really sorry again if i'm not able to make u understand this well coz all work is for an arabic factory. We'll be waiting to hear you...

ok here you go... we have a factory, where some of the products will be ordered on seasonal basis. let's say two products.

I think we have a communication gap...
First you ask about forecasting a product. Then you ask about forecasting the stock market. The former is hard. The latter, if you mean forecasting the S&P 500 or a similar index, is quite easy.
If you want serious help, you're going to have to show us what you've already done and ask more specific questions.
