Good afternoon,

I'm having a problem when trying to install EViews 7 on my computer. After selecting the directories onto install the program and submitting the Serial Number, Cloning Key and License Server, and when the programs starts installing, I'm prompetd with a error message that says "An error occurred reading the source media or writing to the destination: -2147024873"

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

Try copying the contents of the CD to a directory on your local hard drive. Then try running install/setup.exe directly. If the problem persists contact your reseller or sales@eviews.com with your serial number, system information (OS), and contact information and let them know you have a bad CD.
