Poisson Regression

Is there a way in Eviews that permit the estimation of Poisson regression even when the dependent variables are not integers?

I am not sure why you need that, since as far as I know Poisson Regression is appropriate when the dependent variable is a count. You may want to look at other estimation techniques under Generalized Linear Models.
