Converting to Panel Data

I'm having issues converting my data set into panel data. I'm very inexperienced with EViews (and econometrics) and I don't quite understand how I'm supposed to go about doing this. I have 3 years of data for 11 different variables for about 150 entities, but how do I format it into panel data in EViews when converting it from an Excel file such as this one? I looked at the guide but my data didn't look like any of them. Thanks in advance.
