Fisher test for specific effect

Hi;
I'm using a panel data, and i want to verify if there is a specific effect or not, and for this i should proced by Fisher test.
I'm operating on Eviews 5.0 and 6.0, so if someone can give the code of this test or how i can find it in Eviews, i will be grateful.
