weird situation maybe a bug

I don't know if it's a bug but it's weird.
Running eviews 12 on two dell desktops. 64-bit on both. Both are up to date versions.
Older office desktop runs the top part of my program correctly. Original home desktop died and replaced by another Dell 64-bit. Downloaded licensed version of eviews 12 with no problems.
But same program run on new home machine gave error message of different type of format for two matrix types called up and down.
program failed to execute correctly saying up and down were of different types.
.
Is there an explanation and how can this issue be fixed?
