Eviews 14, NARDL not working

I am experiencing not understanding "Error 2142 in encrypted program" when I tried to estimate NARDL, of course after estimating ARDL and instalation Add-ins. Could any of you help me to solve this problem?

EViews 14 has NARDL built in. No need to use the add-in at all?
