FRED database: unable to fetch sources

Hello,
I am using EViews 13 and have been experiencing issues connecting to the FRED database. The attached error message appears whenever I try to browse the database. I’ve also included a screenshot of the settings screen for your reference.
Please note that other databases are working correctly.
