Error when using weakinst

Hello
I would appreciate any guiedance on two issues:
1. Are there any 2SLS/IV diagnostics other than the reported (J test) for non-panel estimations in reviews? It appears the weakinst test is only available for non panel models.
2. When I try to use weakinst, I get the error that " equation estimated using an earlier version of eviews". I have Eviews 12.
3. How do I get the Stock yogo critical eviews when I use IV for panel data?
