EViews 13 crushes when estimating VECM with restrictions

For example, when I run the following program:
close @all
wfopen "c:\program files\eviews 13\example files\ev13 manual data\chapter 02 - a demonstration\demo.wf1"
var v.ec(restrict,RESTSPEC="B(1,1)=1 B(2,3)=1" , rank=2) 1 2 gdp m1 pr rs
show v

After updating it to the Dec 28 2022 Build, I still have the same issue.

ok, sorry, next patch should fix it.
