Hi,

My colleague is using EViews 12, the Oct 17, 2022 build.
He was able to fetch from datastream's dastabase last week, but has been unable to since Monday. After consulting with their team, they asked us to contact you guys to find a solution.

If it helps, we had this problem in the past, and i fixed it by uninstalling the datastream EDX file, removing the DB fron the registry and then re-installing everything. This solution is not working this time.

I realized that when the start date of the page starts before 1900, i receive the error. However, if i structure the page such that it starts in 1900, the fetching works. Is there a reason for this?
I'd like to keep the structure of my workfiles and pages unchanged, if possible
